A fruity and light wine, with a pleasant freshness to be drunk as an aperitive with friends, while eating a rabbit terrine with herbs, or a piece of pork with sage, or even some fish. Drink cool. L'Exubérant 2007 AOC Grés de Montpellier Grenache, Syrah, carignan A wine of terroir, with aromas of crystallised cherries, chocolate, spices and citrus fruits. Utopie 1 (2004) Vin de pays Utopie 2 (2005) Vin de pays Utopie 2 (2005) Magnum Utopie 3 (2007) Vin de pays It expresses our choice of liberty to blend 4 varieties (cabernet, syrah, grenache, carignan). Its aromatic character will be enhanced with an aromatic cooking, warm pork, lamb or even some pickled tunny. This wine comes from our old vines of black carignan. A big mediteranean varietal, it offers freshness and fruity to the wine. It is a greedy wine with blackberry and garrigue aromas. It will show its best with a thickly grilled steack of beef sprinckled with pepper, or with a rabbit cooked with herbs or with duck fillets. Blending syrah, Grenache and carignan, this wine is generous and smoothy, full of ripe fruits and spices. It will match well with a piece of beef, a dish of game or some cheese. Gueule de Loup 2007 Rouge AOC Pic Saint Loup This is our more extreme wine, almost only syrah and a touch of grenache. Oack aged for a year. In spite of its intensity it keeps much freshness. It will be enhanced with gatronomic cooking, spicy meat or a cigar. Our white wines Blending vermentino, marsanne, roussane and grenache, this wine is a generous and fruity ( peach, citrus fruits, litchee) with a great freshness . It will accompany fish or chicken with cream sauce or a goat cheese. Our rosé wines Syrah, grenache. This is a winous rosé, with fruity aromas of little red berries (crushed strawberry), citrus fruits, and flowers, with a long pleasant finish.
